This complex herbal tea is hand blended with chamomile flowers, stinging nettle, rose hips and dried juniper berries. The combination of the mild floral flavor of chamomile, bright rosehips, earthy stinging nettle and slightly spicy flavor of juniper berries makes for a well rounded delicious cup of herbal tea. 

• Chamomile flowers contain potent antioxidants including flavonoids which help support cardiac health along with apigenin and sesquiterpenes which may have a calming relaxing effect leading to restful sleep. 
• Rose Hips get their bright color from lycopene and beta carotene which support skin and eye health. They also have a high level of Vitamin C and other antioxidants which can help lower inflammation and oxidative stress on the body.
  
• Stinging Nettle leaves contain many nutrients including Vitamins A, C, K and several B vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and other antioxidants which can help defend your cells from free radical damage and reduce inflammation. 
• Dried Juniper Berries are rich in Vitamin C which is an integral part of the immune health, collagen formation and cardiac health. The antioxidants present in juniper berries may provide anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial benefits.
