Red Raspberry and Lemon Verbena Tea

This refreshing herbal tea is hand blended with red raspberry leaves, lemon verbena, hibiscus, yarrow and dried red raspberries. The combination of the bright flavor of hibiscus and raspberries, earthy raspberry leaves, smooth citrus of lemon verbena and slightly bitter flavor of yarrow makes for a well balanced delicious cup of herbal tea. 

• Red Raspberry Leaves contain potent antioxidants in addition to being a good source of numerous vitamins and minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium. 
• Hibiscus contains compounds known to lower blood sugar levels and reduce blood pressure. It also contains polyphenols which inhibit free radicals
  
• Lemon Verbena leaves are rich in phenolic compounds which may help stimulate the detox process due to their high antioxidant properties. Additionally, these properties are known to reduce inflammation
• Yarrow contains the plant compounds flavonoids and alkaloids known to aid in digestion, reduce symptoms of anxiety as well as providing antioxidant benefits.
